Observation

110-300-0186(1): It was observed that child A lacked individual care plan for the astma medication provided by the parent and labeled with the child's A name. 110-300-0186(2): Two children's medciation authorisation forms had Benadril listed in it without the medication being provided to the program by the parent/guardian. Child A had a mecic ation authorisation form provided ofr epi-pen and benadryl with no nedciation provided to the pragram by the parent /guardian.
